LUCA
Raised in Detroit, Kevin Luca honed his skills in the motor
city with many R&B and jazz musicians. He has traveled in the New
England area performing songs from his cd BRAND NU U, which has gotton air
play in the South Eastern New England area. Luca also does
production work for other artists. Right now Luca is performing on acoustic guitar as a solo artist.
Luca has performed several open mics at Ricks Music World,Amazing Things,Coffee Depot and The Narrows in Fall River Ma. where many legends have graced the stage. A performance at
Steves Backstage Pass was filmed and seen on a local TV station in Taunton Ma. As far as the solo acoustic guitar aspect
is concerned Luca States " I like having total artistic control over the sound and performance of my music". A new CD
by Luca will be released soon that will feature all original material
and will be sure to please.

LUCA MUSIC RELEASES "BRAND NU U"
Luca Music is proud to announce the release of "Brand Nu U"
Produced, Arranged, Composed and Performed
by LUCA.
This Luca Music release showcases Luca's prodigious talents as a guitarist, vocalist, songwriter and producer. On 13 songs,
9 original compositions written and produced by Luca, a unique sound emerges. The guitar licks on the title track and "Desire"
are downright funky and altogether soulful. Luca fuses together a heady mix of rock, R&B and hiphop, while revealing bluesy
underpinnings.
Luca pulls Jimi Hendrix's "Freedom" 20 years into the present, and funks the classic Johnny B.
Goode into the next century.
Originally from Detroit, Luca honed his skills in Motown with many R&B and Jazz
musicians. He has been perfoming in the New England area for the past eight years and has gotten air play in Rhode Island
and Boston, Massachussetts. Luca is currently planning a release party in October for "Brand Nu U" and Luca will also be doing
production work for other artists.
